RESERVATIONS

Student organizations, residence hall wings, or campus departments can reserve the UC Rec Center for bowling or billiards parties and receive up to a 30% discount from the regular rates. We'll help with the planning -- you provide the group and the fun.

Campus Affiliated Group Rates

Bowling (Per Game)         $1.50
Shoe Rental $1.00
Billiards (Hourly) $2.50

The UC Rec Center takes cash, check, or can charge back to a student org-code with approval from Financial Services.

Catering in the Rec Center

Based on University approval, to address the needs of student groups desiring food at meetings, Chartwells will waive the requirement to use University Dining Services for student groups of fewer than twenty-five people and/or less than $100.00 in projected sales. These groups would be permitted to self-cater their event.

If you need to reserve and plan food for your event through Chartwells Catering please contact the catering office at 472-5093 or catering@uww.edu.

Currently the best times for reservations are listed below.

Monday Nights, Friday afternoon, Sunday afternoon

The Rec Center will not take reservations for late night on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
