Reservations is now accepting Single Occurance Events for Fall 2014, Spring 2015, and Summer 2015. The priority deadline is March 21. You will not be able to save digital changes to this form. Please print the form and deliver it to UC 253 between 8:00am - 4:15pm.
The University Center is pleased to provide rooms and services for meetings, banquets, gatherings and events held within University Center (UC), Esker Hall, and various other buildings on campus. In addition to room reservations, the Reservations Office is also responsible for:
- Banner space on the UC Balcony
- Campus signboards
- Display case located on the 2nd floor of UC
- Donation bins in Esker, Drumlin and the UC
- Hallway tables in Esker, Drumlin and the UC
- UC and Esker mall space
Friendly and professional staff will assist you throughout the planning process.
We can help you with all necessary details of your event including room selection, room layout/design, staging, dance floors, audiovisual equipment, sound systems and more. To ensure that your requests can be met, please make your reservation early. Reservations are subject to space, room and equipment availability.
Reservations are taken from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To make a reservation, call (262) 472-1175, stop by the University Center Reservations Office, room 253 or e-mail Reservations at: Rooms@uww.edu.
Your event will be confirmed after you make your room and catering reservations. We will then send a confirmation via email. For questions regarding our reservation policies, please check the Campus and UC Policies Link. A rental fee schedule is also available.
If you must cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
