Meeting Rooms & Reservations

Individuals and non-university organizations must be sponsored by a university department or a recognized student organization in order to reserve rooms for meetings.

To reserve a room during normal building hours contact our office. To reserve a room outside of normal building hours, contact the building scheduler from the Campus building schedulers .

Hours for academic buildings when regularly scheduled classes are in session are generally 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday. Hours for non-academic buildings, such as the Library, McGraw or Carlson Hall vary.
