When is the Box Office open?

The University Box Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm and at events one hour prior to start.

Where is the Box Office located?

The University Box Office is located in the atrium of the Greenhill Center of the Arts, Room 1014. The street address for the Greenhill Center of the Arts is 930 W. Main St., Whitewater, WI 53190. This address works well for map search programs.

What happens if I lose my tickets?

For some events you will be able to get your tickets reprinted. If you lose your ticket, contact the box office for more information about replacements.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Gift certificates for any amount may be purchased at the University Box Office or by phone.

What is the University Box Office's policy on bringing infants and toddlers to performances?

Please use discretion in deciding whether your child is old enough to sit in their own seat without distracting others. So you are aware you will have to pay for a ticket for the child, regardless of age.

When can I pick up my tickets before the show?

Tickets may be retrieved at any time during regular business hours, and one hour prior to the performance at any of our Will Call windows.
